This month we went to Montana to visit the family. We had a blast other than we froze to death. It was so cold. All the kids decorated Grandma Nancy's Christmas tree and then we opened presents. We ate lots of food, enjoyed eachothers company, and got to see Allyson blessed. It was great. The boys didn't want to leave they were having so much fun. They still talk about the trip. They will until we go next to. Grandma Nancy set quite the bar for Christmas parties. Colton thinks that whenever we go somewhere now we are going to a Christmas party and even when we put the tree up we were now having a party. He loved it. The old house you see is one of my favorites that we pass in Idaho. Everytime we pass it I think it is more run down. It is a beautiful home and it makes me sad that it is going to waste. We love you all so much and are greatful we were able to come and see you. What a blessing to have family that you love so much. Hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas!!

Scott talked us all into going to the sand dunes on Halloween. What fun it was. Did we make it back to finish our Halloween costumes...no, did we have fun...oh yeah! This time my whole family came, we BBQ'd hamburgers and had a blast. We even saw lots of deer at the sand dunes. Scott is getting braver on his four-wheeler and I don't know if I like that. But the boys have fun. Colton loves to go up and down the great big hill by our camp. What fun!

This time we had the whole family there to enjoy the hills. Lots of acorn collecting and planting by the boys, rolling down the hill, and even racing dump trucks down the hill. It was a lot of fun.

We ended up seeing 6-8 deer come across the dunes while we were there. It was kinda fun. I only caught a couple because as soon as we moved they started taking off. But the boys loved it.

This is in October. Scott broke down and sold his beloved jeep so that he could buy this new toy. He loves his new four-wheeler and couldn't wait to try it out. We had a blast. We all took turns taking rides. Colton and William love it as much as Scott does...me on the other hand think that it's scary..fun but scary. We are lucky that the sand dunes are warm enough to go almost year round. It was a lot of fun. Scott was a little nervous jumping and doing wheelies but he is getting braver every time we go. Maybe I should increase my insurance...It makes me nervous but he has fun and is safe. We didn't get to go as much as we wanted to this year but maybe next year. Also Scott told me now that he has his four-wheeler that I can have a dune buggy. Now that sounds fun.

Taking a break from riding Scott and Jade came to play with us. There is a hill that people can't ride on. Colton loves to do sommersaults down the hill. William just slides down on his tummy. They both end up being red heads by the end of the day because of all the sand. It's a lot of fun. We cooked grilled cheese and just hung out for a couple of hours.
