New Room!!!

Well a week ago I wouldn't have thought we would be doing this but...Colton tipped Williams dresser over again...which is the 3rd time. You really think he would learn. Well this time it broke. This brought us furniture shopping. We decided since Jayden doesn't have a dresser yet that we would get him one, the other boys would have ours and we would get a shared dresser for Scott and I. While shopping we found some really cool bunk beds on sale for a good price and added that to the bundle. So we decided or should I say I decided to redo the boys room while we were at it. Their bed and dresser is coming next week. So we emptied their room, painted and added a border, moved our dressers in and now we just await the bed in one week. It was a lot of work but lots of fun to. I think it turned out cute. I still have a few finishing touches, but not much. Now on to Jayden's room....I might wait a couple of months for that one. And while I was painting away Scott took the boys outside and mapped out our lawn so we can start getting that put in. This truly is the year of projects. So far so good. Busy, busy, busy as usual. Colton and William sure do love their room though.

Thank Goodness it's a new week!!!

Well this past week has been great! Work was crazy busy, and kept me on my toes to say the least. Colton tipped over Williams dresser for the 3rd time, this time it's broken. So we went to St. George to get William and Jayden a dresser and came home with bunk beds too. It was kinda fun though. My Dad, Joel and Jaycen finished our back porch and we are so excited!!! I go and stand on it every night, now to find some chairs! I found William hugging his Ribbert's Dad or Bobert for short one night and loved it. Hope you enjoy too! Jayden had his well child visit and he finally has slowed down on growing for a minute or two. He is now 29.5 inches tall (75 percentile, the lowest he has ever been)and weighs 21 lbs. 4 0z.(50th percentile, where he has always been). He is a big boy. In fact he started standing on his own. He thinks it is a game and throws his hands up for YEAH!!! We all laugh and then he will fall on someone sitting by him. It's been a blast. He sure will be walking before long. What a week. Yet another week...

I really have been so excited to start blogging again. I really didn't think that I missed it. But it sure is fun. Well this last week has been crazy...I guess any more they all are. Scott has really been enjoying his guitar lessons and is getting better and better each week. It's been fun having music in the home. I play the piano but not near enough. It is quite inspiring and the boys want to play one day. They really can't wait until they can too. I had AWHONN classes and am so glad that is over for the next 2 years. OB really isn't my thing. I'll take a cardiac over OB any day of the week. It has been so nice outside that I wish the boys could go out but I'm afraid I would lose them in all the mud. They really don't like playing when each step they take also takes their shoes. It is kinda funny to watch them though. Jayden has discovered drawers and loves the lid drawer. It is quite fun watching him grow up so fast. He loves to roll around and wrestle with his brothers. He is almost as big as them so he fits right in. We got a new game on the WII, it's the Hasbro Family Game Night. It has been a blast to spend family time playing games together. Colton and William love Connect 4 and Battleship. It's funny watching them play, they really get into it. Well it's been a good week and here we go again on another new week. Hopefully not as crazy. We really need some quiet time.

A New Year!

Okay so I vanished for about 6 months. Well let me just tell you, it has been crazy. Just for you guys I'll give you a quick review of the last 6 months. Well I turned old and then we had the primary program, I got put in as the primary president and Scott as the Elders Quorum President, Halloween, Thanksgiving, then a busy Christmas which led to sick kid after sick kid until this last week. Scott turned old plus 1 and then we just celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary. Among all that we have worked, and tried to just keep up. So here I am and I am going to try and keep a weekly blog again. It's lots of fun and I try harder at keeping up with my pictures. To start, Jayden is getting so big, he is standing and walking around furniture now. He is quite the talker and loves to give hugs. He will hug anyone that will pick him up. He has been such a happy baby. He has just got over gastroenteritis and croup at the same time plus an ear infection to top it off. He was one sick boy. Cute as could be through it all, for once he was actually cuddly. William thinks he is so big and is excited to ride his bike that he got for Christmas. Colton can't wait until school and has decided that he has to write everything he can think of. He still struggles with a few letters, but they will come. Scott has been busy at work and with his calling. Same as me. What a life and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Here are a few pictures to catch up with. Also I am including pictures of my brother Jade flying a helicopter over my parents house. It was way fun to see him fly. He is awesome and William wants to fly like him one day. In fact he said to me "Mom I want to fly an airplane like Jade so that I can fly over Mexico." I told him that Jade flys a helicopter and he said I know but I want to fly an airplane so we can fly together. He is such a riot. Enjoy catching up!
